The Employment Performance Record Management System is a web-based application that allows Ateneo de Naga University employees to record and update their professional activities, including trainings, seminars, community outreach, and committee participation. The collected data contributes to the Employee Performance Record (EPR), which serves as the primary reference for merit evaluations, ranking, and awards.
