It serves as the official evaluation workspace for University Research Council (URC) members to review, grade, and allocate merit points for academic ranking promotion.

The scope includes digital manuscript/portfolio uploads, customizable rubric configurations matching institutional promotion policies, real-time peer or committee evaluation scoring interfaces, and automated calculations of cumulative institutional merit points.
