Smart Health Information & Navigated Records Integration is a centralized healthcare management web application engineered to integrate health service operations across all independent infirmary units within Ateneo de Naga University. It bridges student and employee clinical care across all academic tiers—encompassing Basic Education (Grade School and High School), Higher Education, and the Graduate School—into a single, unified digital portal.
01 Purpose and Scope
The system digitizes and synchronizes clinical workflows for all university health service stations. Its scope encompasses consolidated electronic health records (EHR) management tailored for distinct student and employee age groups, cross-campus infirmary coordination, secure clinical data sharing, automated online appointment blocks for physical or dental consultations, and digital health clearance workflows.

It connects all separate school clinics into one shared digital system, replacing slow paper files with secure electronic health profiles.
